Christine P. Johnson

Christine Johnson is a member of DWT's healthcare practice group where she concentrates her practice on the regulatory and operational concerns of healthcare organizations and their subsidiaries, including health systems, hospitals, pharmacies, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, laboratories, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, behavioral health, and substance abuse providers, among other healthcare providers.
Christine has particular experience with hospital and multi-state pharmacy changes in ownership. Christine also has worked closely with private equity firms and real estate investment trusts (REITs) on health entity acquisitions and is particularly skilled at helping these companies understand and address regulatory challenges associated with contemplated acquisitions. Christine also has in-depth experience with Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, certification, and reimbursement-related issues.
