Zeeshan Kabani represents employers in a wide range of employment disputes and workplace matters. He advises businesses of all sizes on issues arising under state and federal employment law and defends clients in litigation involving single-plaintiff claims, wage-and-hour disputes, administrative wage claims, EEOC charges, representative actions, and claims brought under California's Private Attorneys General Act. Zeeshan manages matters from initial investigation through resolution, including handling mediations, settlement conferences, hearings, and depositions. His litigation experience includes drafting and arguing dispositive and procedural motions, preparing trial and mediation briefs, and negotiating settlements with opposing counsel. In addition to litigation defense, he counsels employers on workplace policies, internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations, providing proactive guidance to help clients address potential risk.
Before joining Davis Wright Tremaine, Zeeshan most recently worked as an associate at a global labor and employment law boutique firm.
