Ariel P. Kahn helps employers navigate complex workplace disputes, investigations, and compliance efforts. He represents clients in state and federal court, in arbitral forums, and before administrative agencies in matters involving wage-and-hour claims, discrimination and retaliation allegations, breach of contract disputes, workplace violence restraining orders, and class and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) litigation.

Ariel advises management through all stages of litigation and dispute resolution, from resolving agency investigations and demand letters to preparing dispositive motions, conducting and defending depositions, negotiating settlements, and advising on workplace policies. His experience spans both day-to-day employment issues and high-stakes disputes requiring practical, strategic guidance.

Before entering private practice, Ariel served as Deputy Attorney General for the State of California, representing state actors and institutional clients in constitutional, civil rights, and medical negligence matters. That background gives him valuable perspective in internal investigations, oral advocacy, and negotiations involving high-exposure, high-impact claims. Throughout his career, Ariel has supported employers in ongoing workforce stability campaigns, business restructuring, and corporate immigration matters for clients in the information technology, banking, engineering, and material sciences sectors.

Ariel maintains a deep commitment to pro bono efforts and consistently donates his time, effort, and resources to support developing legal professionals as well as other charitable organizations throughout the Bay Area.
