Rachel Kashani

Rachel Kashani, a litigator specializing in arbitration at DWT, is an accomplished legal counsel with substantial experience representing clients in all facets of commercial and civil litigation. Rachel has a proven track record of managing and resolving complex, high-dollar disputes for corporate clients on issues including product liability, consumer protections, fraud, false advertising, breach of contract, and tortious interference. She has obtained summary judgments on behalf of national corporations in multiple consumer cases.

Rachel has managed all stages of the litigation process in state and federal court, as well as in settlement negotiations, mediation, and arbitration.
