Alex Katsnelson is an experienced counselor and litigator specializing in employment and trade secrets law.

Alex has substantial experience zealously defending employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies in connection with complex employment law matters, including wrongful termination, employee mobility, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, breach of contract, wage-and-hour, defamation, invasion of privacy, and failure to hire matters, among others.

Alex also serves as a trusted advisor to employers of all sizes and at every stage of development, leveraging his expertise to help businesses navigate all aspects of the employment relationship. Executives, boards of directors, legal departments, and human resources professionals regularly seek Alex's advice regarding their most complex and sensitive employment-related challenges. Alex provides practical and nuanced guidance that is tailored to each client's unique circumstances and enables employers to effectively balance legal risks with business objectives.

He also advises employers on trade secret misappropriation issues, including employee raiding and solicitation matters and anti-competitive activity by former employees or competitors. In addition, Alex regularly negotiates and drafts employment, separation, confidentiality, and other employment-related agreements.
