Alex has substantial experience zealously defending employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies in connection with complex employment law matters, including wrongful termination, employee mobility, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, breach of contract, wage-and-hour, defamation, invasion of privacy, and failure to hire matters, among others.
