Nathan Keller
Associate
Nathan Keller works on the litigation team, focusing on regulatory and internal investigations, compliance, ethics, and anti-corruption matters. He has in-house experience at a leading fintech, where he managed regulatory subpoena responses. In addition to litigation work, Nathan develops risk mitigation strategies and provides clients across various industries with important ESG, anti-corruption, and compliance-related diligence for investments and acquisitions.
Nathan has handled investigations regarding bribery allegations, cybersecurity concerns, and auditing discrepancies, often in response to scrutiny from the DOJ and SEC. He routinely drafts compliance policies and reports, prepares board presentations, and interviews witnesses to develop evidence in support of investigations and litigation. He defends clients against alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the False Claims Act, securities law, and antitrust law.
Before becoming a lawyer, Nathan served in the Marine Corps. Long an advocate for human rights, he runs an active pro bono practice, representing clients on immigration, veterans benefits, and other issues.
