Elizabeth (Liz) Key represents hospitals and health systems in managed care disputes, helping healthcare providers recover reimbursement they are owed and challenge payor practices that affect revenue at scale.
Liz manages the day-to-day strategy and execution of arbitration and litigation matters, bringing a practical, client-focused approach to every stage of the dispute process. She has substantial experience challenging a broad range of denial and underpayment practices in both targeted proceedings and large-scale disputes involving thousands of underpaid or denied claims. She works closely with providers to evaluate accounts receivable, identify patterns of underpayment, and prioritize the claims and issues most likely to drive meaningful recovery.
