Rawan Khalili is an associate in DWT's healthcare practice group whose practice focuses on representing hospitals and healthcare providers in complex managed care disputes. She has experience assisting in all phases of disputes, including discovery and hearing preparations. She also has experience with the No Surprises Act independent dispute resolution process.
Rawan also advises healthcare organizations on regulatory compliance and matters, including reimbursement, fraud and abuse, and licensing. She also advises hospitals on state healthcare laws, including HCAI requirements and Hospital Fair Billing Program statute and regulations.
She holds a Master of Public Health which supports her legal work and her ability to advise clients on healthcare issues at the intersection of law, policy, and regulation.
