Monder "Mike" Khoury, CIPP/US, helps clients navigate through and resolve difficult legal challenges. Having worked with more than 20 judges before joining DWT, Mike is guided by principles the judges instilled in him to effectively and zealously advocate for his clients. Mike’s experience includes externing for a federal magistrate judge, as well as clerking at the Superior Court of California.
Mike focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, and technology-related disputes, including class actions and antitrust matters. With clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies, startups, inventors, investors, and executives, his experience includes litigating and advising on issues related to intellectual property, employment, antitrust, cryptocurrency, and technology licensing.
