Shaina Kinsberg works on arbitration matters. She has more than a decade of civil litigation experience, focusing on trial preparation and dispositive motions to compel arbitration, including exemptions involving the Federal Arbitration Act. Before joining DWT, she defended employers in state and federal court—and in hearings before California agencies and federal regulators, including the EEOC—from various employment complaints. Named both a "Rising Star" (Super Lawyers) and "One to Watch" (Best Lawyers), Shaina also has counseled clients on a range of issues outside of litigation.
