Philip Lamborn defends employers from wage-and-hour class actions and California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) lawsuits, including those alleging meal and rest break, overtime, and pay stub violations. This background in litigation also provides a useful lens through which he is able to advise clients on day-to-day employment issues, draft and update their employee handbooks, and help them ensure compliance with ever-changing federal, state, and local employment laws.
His practice also extends to the investigation and defense of discrimination, wrongful termination, workplace harassment, disability accommodation, and retaliation complaints and lawsuits.
Philip has also written on employment litigation and arbitration trends nationally and in California.
