Justin Lin
Associate
Justin Lin is a member of DWT's litigation team. His practice focuses on representing technology, financial services, and industrial companies in complex commercial litigation, regulatory investigations, and high‑stakes disputes in state and federal courts. He has represented companies and executives in investigations and litigation involving the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the European Commission, and other regulators, as well as in parallel civil proceedings.
Justin also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on human rights, refugee, and asylum issues. He has particular experience with the representation of Afghan interpreters who had supported U.S. and coalition forces during the 2001-2021 War in Afghanistan.
