With over a decade of in-house experience as general counsel to leading wine and hospitality businesses, Michael brings a practical business perspective to advising his clients. In addition to his direct experience working in the industries he serves, he holds a graduate degree in wine business management and has been an active participant in domestic and international industry trade associations throughout his career.
