Lynn Manolopoulos represents a wide range of industrial, commercial, and individual clients in complex environmental matters involving state and federal laws and regulations. Her practice includes environmental enforcement defense, compliance counselling, Brownfields redevelopment, permitting, and the defense of cost recovery and citizen suit litigation. A chemical engineer by training, Lynn brings a technical perspective to the full spectrum of environmental issues, from regulatory and litigation matters and compliance counselling to transactions involving the redevelopment and refinancing of contaminated properties.

Lynn takes a practical, client-focused approach, tailoring environmental legal strategies to align with business objectives and risk tolerance.
