Lauren Mattice is a member of the firm's employment services practice group. Before joining DWT, she externed for U.S. District Judge R. Gary Klausner in California—gaining experience in litigation matters involving ERISA benefits, alleged ADA violations, and other employment and benefits issues—and for California Supreme Court Justice Martin Jenkins. A former sportswriter, Lauren also externed for WGA West. While pursuing her J.D., she worked as a media intern for USC Athletics, was a member of the Sports Law Society, and volunteered at the nonprofit Legal Aid at Work, where she assisted low-income litigants with employment and labor issues.
