Morgan Mitruka is an associate in DWT's litigation practice group. She has experience representing companies in complex commercial, intellectual property, and privacy disputes. Morgan has worked closely with clients on intellectual property portfolio management and trademark prosecution to coordinate global enforcement efforts. This includes conducting clearance searches and preparing and filing applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Her work also includes investigating trademark and copyright infringement, issuing cease-and-desist letters and demand letters, pursuing takedown requests, and negotiating coexistence and settlement agreements with domestic and international parties.
