Her clients include companies at various stages of growth as well as established industry participants. Clients turn to her when a deal needs to be done right the first time.

Prior to attending law school, Meghan spent eight years as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she built and managed databases to analyze data in white‑collar fraud, healthcare, and litigation matters. That background informs her practical, detail‑oriented approach to contract structuring and risk allocation.
