Caroline Nasella is a seasoned real estate and land use attorney who has been instrumental in negotiating and closing complex, multimillion-dollar deals involving development, land acquisition, financing, leasing, and other transactions. She conducts title and due diligence reviews for large and small properties. Caroline also draws on six years of experience as an attorney with the California Department of Housing and Community Development to advise clients on zoning and development regulations at the local, state, and federal level. At her previous firms, Caroline assisted with government and private-party real estate litigation, including mediation and settlements; negotiated commercial contracts with a range of clients, including utilities, EV companies, solar companies, nonprofits, and government lenders; and handled housing, taxation, employment, and corporate matters, including governance and entity formation.
