Rachael Noguera
Paralegal
Rachael E. Noguera is a paralegal who supports the employment services practice group in California wage-and-hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions in both state and federal courts. She contributes across all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution, with a focus on efficient case management and strategic execution.
Rachael is skilled in developing cost-effective approaches to complex matters and in designing organized, scalable systems for managing client documents, databases, and expert analyses.
With more than twenty years of litigation experience, in addition to employment and labor services, Rachael has worked on a wide range of matters, including trade secrets disputes, mortgage lending litigation, contract disputes, consumer class actions, and high-stakes "bet-the-company" trials. She also maintains a commitment to pro bono work, including habeas corpus appellate matters.
