Grace Pak is an intellectual property and commercial litigator, with special expertise in patent litigation. She has extensive experience representing high-tech companies with sophisticated, cutting-edge technologies in the fields of medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and software. As a member of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Patent Bar, she also has significant experience prosecuting patent applications. She is admitted to practice before all U.S. district courts in California as well as the Federal Circuit, which hears patent appeals. She is a former extern to U.S. District Judge Charles R. Breyer in San Francisco.
