Senior Director of Business Operations
Travis Parker leads a team of more than 110 business professionals and plays a central role in shaping and executing Davis Wright Tremaine's operational strategy. He focuses on building scalable operating models that enhance efficiency and support the firm's delivery of high‑quality, cost‑effective client services.
Travis oversees a real estate portfolio of approximately 400,000 square feet across 10 cities and directs a broad range of firmwide operations, including office operations, real estate and construction, the firm's virtual business center, travel services, physical security, and business continuity.
He also leads initiatives to develop modern workplace environments that support both clients and the DWT workforce. Travis played a central role in reimagining the firm's workplaces to support hybrid work, integrating people, space, and technology to strengthen collaboration and enhance the employee experience.
In addition, Travis launched the firm's virtual business center, creating a centralized, scalable service model that expands access to specialized resources such as document processing, marketing and creative services, research support, and administrative services.
Travis brings more than 20 years of experience leading administrative and operational functions for global AmLaw 100 and professional services firms. He remains actively involved in professional organizations to stay connected with industry peers and emerging trends shaping the business of law.
