Jing Peng

As a member of the firm's corporate and business transactions group, Jing Peng advises venture capital firms, private equity firms, strategic investors, and high-growth companies on a broad range of corporate transactions. Jing has significant experience advising clients in the U.S. and globally on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and other complex corporate transactions. She also advises emerging growth companies throughout their life cycle. Jing works with clients across the technology, life sciences, healthcare, food and beverage, and other industries.

Before returning to DWT, Jing practiced for several years in the Beijing office of an international law firm, where she advised U.S. and international clients on venture capital financings, M&A, and other strategic transactions, with particular experience in cross-border matters.
