Yoni Rosenzweig is a proven litigator and trial attorney with an extensive track record of success, having secured favorable outcomes as lead counsel in matters with nine- and ten-figure dollar amounts at stake. From the beginning of litigation, Yoni immerses himself in the details of the matter in order to leverage the strongest aspects of the case and best position his clients for success.

His experience includes litigating on behalf of clients in disputes concerning antitrust, unfair competition, entertainment, intellectual property, and complex commercial matters. In addition to handling cases in state and federal court, Yoni also has significant experience in private arbitration.

Practice Highlights

Fifteen years of antitrust experience

Yoni has represented clients as an antitrust litigator for over fifteen years, seeking to enforce or defend claims under federal and state antitrust law. He has litigated claims for price fixing, supply restriction, exclusive dealing, predatory pricing, patent traps, and other claims. His practice extends to counseling corporate clients on antitrust compliance and ethics programs, as well.

Entertainment litigation

In the hard-fought world of entertainment and sports litigation, Yoni has achieved measurable success for clients in distribution matters, copyright disputes, employee mobility, and other entertainment matters.

Emphasis on technology

Technology often outstrips the state of the law, and that presents a challenge to companies on the leading edge. Much of Yoni's experience relates to emerging or complex technologies that require a simple explanation to a judge, arbitrator, or a jury. Yoni has worked on significant cases in the arenas of computer technology, smartphones, cellular communication, medical devices, SaaS (software as a service), and aviation technology. For any dispute where the technology presents a learning curve, Yoni can efficiently and effectively understand it and apply existing law to benefit the client's goals.
