A.K. Shee works on the litigation team, guiding clients through all stages of litigation. Experienced in labor and employment issues, including wage-and-hour matters, A.K. has defended against single-plaintiff claims and class actions, regularly working to defeat class certifications. A.K. assists with pleadings, motions, mediation, and discovery, including as a negotiator with opposing counsel over discovery disputes. Outside of litigation, A.K. has advised on internal investigations and employment handbooks and policies, among other matters.
