Raina Singer focuses her practice on complex wage-and-hour class, collective, and PAGA representative actions in both state and federal court. She has experience defending employers in various industries, including healthcare, agriculture, transportation, food service, entertainment, payroll, and insurance.
Raina's understanding of various industry operations allows her to strategically and creatively litigate cases and develop practical solutions tailored to her client's problems. In addition to multi-plaintiff actions, Raina represents employers in single-plaintiff lawsuits that include claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and other matters arising from the employer-employee relationship.

Counsels clients on a range of issues, including wage-and-hour compliance, misclassification, reasonable accommodations, leaves of absence, internal complaints, and employee discipline and termination.
