Alexis Smith is a paralegal in the firm's corporate and business transactions practice with experience supporting attorneys in the emerging companies and venture capital group. She works closely with early-stage and growth companies across the business lifecycle, with extensive experience in entity formation, corporate governance, financing, and general transactional support. In addition, Alexis also works with the firm's technology practice and the privacy and security practice where she provides support with regulatory aspects of technology-driven businesses. This cross practice experience allows her to help clients align corporate strategy with evolving regulatory and compliance considerations, particularly in highly regulated and innovation focused industries.
