Tiffany Switzer helps her clients navigate through complex real estate finance transactions in order to get them the best possible result. She has extensive experience working on projects involving low-income tax credits and tax-exempt bond financing. She brings to her lending clients over seventeen years of experience closing these affordable housing transactions throughout California and across the country. Tiffany works to find innovative solutions to the unique challenges that can face a project. She has years of experience working in all aspects of real estate law for lenders, developers and investors and this broad experience is brought to every transaction as she is able to identify and understand the issues that face not just her bank clients but also their borrowers. She knows it is critical to understand her client’s business and goals.

Tiffany has represented major institutional banks as well as regional lenders. Among her clients are U.S. Bank National Association, Bank of America, N.A., Wells Fargo Bank National Association, California Community Reinvestment Corporation, and Banner Bank. She is highly experienced in construction and term lending, revolving facilities and real estate workouts for both traditional commercial and affordable housing transactions.
