Ken Taylor

Ken Taylor has two decades of financial services experience at major tech-forward companies and law firms, including hands-on leadership of critical transactions involving acceptance, transaction processing, network matters, SaaS, software licensing, hardware sales, and custom joint development.
Ken was most recently senior director at eBay, where he supported the company's global payment and financial services partnerships and negotiated multi-jurisdictional agreements with card acquirers, wallets, alternative payment methods, networks, banks, and third-party payout providers. Previously he'd been a vice president at Verifone, supporting its global commercial and product development functions. Ken has advised several other leading financial and technology firms on product development and commercialization, often crafting innovative contract forms for their sales, partnership, and legal organizations. Also, Ken has often worked on matters impacting the U.K., EU, Latin America, and APAC markets.
