Xuezhen Tian

Xuezhen Tian is a registered patent attorney with over 10 years of experience. He advises on effective IP protection strategies and assists clients through the patent application process, with particular expertise in artificial intelligence (e.g., deep learning & machine learning), autonomous driving vehicles, 5G technology, LiDAR technology middleware, and cloud services. Xuezhen leverages years of private-sector engineering and technical experience, including as a software developer, to provide practical legal counsel. He also provides litigation support as well as advice on open-source licensing, copyright, noninfringement, and trade secrets.

In law school, Xuezhen contributed to Law Review. Before moving to the United States, he was a journalist at a prominent state news agency in Beijing, China.
