Bianca Tillman

Bianca's practice focuses on data privacy and security and AI governance, particularly with regard to digital content and media, software, and technology transactions. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US and CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM).

Bianca provides practical advice to clients regarding compliance with laws and regulations governing privacy, data security, and AI. She has experience drafting AI and privacy policies; advising on compliance with U.S. and international data privacy and data protection laws and regulations; and counseling on media, licensing, and advertising issues for a wide range of entertainment, hospitality, and technology services clients, including AI-powered web platforms; online-media publishers; entertainment districts, venues, and arenas; professional sports teams; and music festivals.

Alongside her daily practice, Bianca serves on the board of the Filipino Lawyers of Washington and is actively involved in the local legal community. During law school, Bianca interned with the Washington Lawyers for the Arts and served as an extern at Sub Pop Records. She brings to her practice both the knowledge gained from over ten years of work in hospitality and live events and a competitive edge from her experience as a former elite and varsity athlete.
