Regi Valdez is a member of the firm's litigation practice group, where he represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal court, including class action litigation, contract disputes, and arbitration. He also has experience conducting internal investigations and representing clients under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Regi also maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing his efforts on immigration and inmate civil rights cases.
