Christian A. Villanueva
Associate
Christian A. Villanueva is a member of the firm's corporate and business transactions practice group. His practice focuses on corporate and securities matters where he assists domestic and international clients ranging from emerging companies to well-established corporations in complex transactions including debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Christian also has broad experience negotiating and drafting corporate agreements for public and private companies, as well as counseling on corporate governance matters. Finally, Christian has extensive experience advising institutional investors and fund sponsors in connection with the formation and management of venture capital funds and other private equity funds.
While earning his J.D. from Boston College, Christian served as a judicial extern under U.S. District Judge Thomas M. Durkin in the Northern District of Illinois. He is dedicated to providing pro bono services, particularly related to veterans' issues and impact investments.
