Cheryl's practice includes structuring, drafting, negotiating and advising on agreements in all areas of entertainment transactions, including development, production, financing, acquisitions and distribution (e.g., option/purchase agreements, first look and overall agreements, shopping agreements, production services agreements, co-production agreements, talent agreements, loan and investment agreements, co-financing agreements, license agreements, and distribution agreements). She regularly handles development and production legal services, including the day-to-day management of productions, for both scripted and unscripted content developed, produced and/or distributed by her clients, which include the major streaming services and industry players. She also provides pre-broadcast counseling to her clients.
