Cheryl's practice includes structuring, drafting, negotiating, and advising on entertainment and content agreements across development, production, financing, acquisitions, licensing, and distribution. Her expertise includes navigating contracts such as option/purchase agreements, first-look and overall agreements, shopping agreements, production services agreements, co-production agreements, talent agreements, influencer agreements, loan and investment agreements, co-financing agreements, license agreements, and distribution agreements.

Cheryl is the co-founder and co-chair of Project W's "RiseTogether" initiative, which connects and elevates women in business and legal affairs across the media and entertainment landscape. Cheryl also serves on the hiring committee for DWT's Los Angeles office and on the MEPTA practice group DEI committee.
