An immersive all-day program designed to help first-time women entrepreneurs succeed.

At Project W, we envision a future where successful women-led companies abound, and where more women-led companies will lead to gender equality in the boardroom and the workforce and will inspire a culture of civility and respect in the workplace. We created WEB — Women Entrepreneurs Boot Camp — to do our part to make that vision a reality.

Our annual, daylong boot camp provides practical and business guidance designed to help women entrepreneurs develop the skills and knowledge essential for success.

Our value proposition to the women of WEB is:
  • an intimate, safe environment to learn from and share with a diverse group of other women entrepreneurs
  • an opportunity to have real-time and one-on-one interactions with investors, advisors and experts in finance, marketing, communications skills and team-building
  • membership in a community with access to future programs relevant to building a business and a connected world of advisors, investors and other entrepreneurs

WEB WORKSHOPS

Inspired by our boot camp, our WEB Workshops cover subject areas that founders of early stage companies need to navigate.*

The popularity of the boot camp and the expressed desire of participants for a deeper dive into specific, critical issues, led to the creation of an ongoing series of bimonthly WEB workshops that take advantage of DWT lawyers’ expertise on subjects such as choosing the right entity for your business, dissecting a term sheet, and using trademark and copyright law to protect your brand. These sessions, which are open to all entrepreneurs, regardless of gender, have attracted more than one hundred attendees. When the workshops are over, course materials are posted online for all to use.

*This series ran from January through May 2017.
