This year, the Privacy + Security Spring Forum brings together the most seasoned thought leaders in the areas of privacy and security law and provides rigorous deep-dive sessions that deliver hands-on activities practical takeaways for conference participants. On May 6, Partner Adam Greene will join the panel "Update on HIPAA and Other Health Information Privacy and Security Developments?" This session will discuss recent HIPAA and confidentiality of substance use disorder patient records (42 CFR Part 2) rulemakings or guidance, large HIPAA breach trends, HIPAA enforcement actions and initiatives, FTC health privacy enforcement, and trends in state privacy laws with respect to health information.

On May 7, Partner Michael Borgia will present on "Adapting Your Risk Management Program for Emerging AI Security Risks."
