MAY 19, 2020 – A report from the legal analytics company UniCourt shows that Davis Wright Tremaine is the top firm in the country for defending copyright litigation.

UniCourt tracked which firms represented defendants in copyright litigation cases in U.S. District courts during 2019. Davis Wright Tremaine placed at no. 1 on the list, handling almost twice as many cases as the next-closest firm.

UniCourt also singled out associate Jeremy Chase as among the five most active individual attorneys defending copyright litigation, with 14 cases in 2019.
