MAY 12, 2026 – Davis Wright Tremaine is pleased to welcome real estate attorney Dara Poliskin as a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office.

A trusted advisor to institutional investors, developers, and property owners, Poliskin structures, negotiates, and closes sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, guiding clients on strategy, risk allocation, and efficient execution from initial diligence through closing.

Her practice spans a wide array of asset classes, including data centers, multifamily and senior living communities, industrial and research‑and‑development facilities, medical office space, mixed‑use and retail developments, hotels and resorts, and office properties.

She advises both landlords and tenants on leasing and asset management, including headquarters and single‑tenant leases as well as multi‑state portfolios.

Poliskin comes to the firm after nine years at DLA Piper LLP.

"With her market-relevant real estate experience and wide professional network, Dara will significantly enhance our group's ability to service institutional investors and development clients," said Tiffany Switzer, Los Angeles-based co-chair of DWT's national Real Property Group. "She will be an important contributor to the continued expansion of our Southern California real estate platform."

Poliskin received her B.S. from Cornell University's College of Human Ecology and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
