Meet the Panelists:

(Chair) Elizabeth Kleinveld from Startupbootcamp

Elizabeth Kleinveld is an ecosystem builder linking various parties in the Financial Services value chain from startups and scale-ups to regulators, investors and large corporates. Kleinveld spent twenty years working in the tech and banking sectors in the Netherlands, including at Holland FinTech and joined Startupbootcamp's Fintech & Cybersecurity accelerator in 2016. Kleinveld is responsible for the corporate partners (banks, insurers, pension processors), ensuring that they get the most out of the innovation program by learning the lean startup methodology (and mindset) and helping them to collaborate with startups. Kleinveld has hosted a number of short videos about topics like FinTech for Retail, Challenger Banks, PensionTech, Compliance and Cryptocurrencies and ICOs.

Martin de Vries from Rabobank:

Martin de Vries is an experienced Information Security Officer with a current focus on innovation. He scouts for new security innovations and trends based on the challenges and demands of the organisation. Bringing the future of information security into the security practise of today and tomorrow. He also is an advocate for secure innovation by start-ups and thus he provides security advice to Rabobank’s own start-ups and to start-ups in accelerator programs Rabobank is partner of.

Lisa Xu from Nopsec

Lisa serves as Chief Executive Officer where she is responsible for overseeing the overall strategic and operational functions for NopSec. Lisa has a passion for connecting business with technology and thrives in transforming disruptive technology into leading solutions. Over the past two decades, Lisa has advised Fortune 500 enterprises on data security, privacy and technology risk management, and led many diverse teams at Ally Financial (GMAC), KPMG, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Lisa holds a B.A. in Economics and a Master's in Finance from Boston College.
