K.C. Halm and Heather Moelter, of Davis Wright Tremaine, along with Mark Gibson, of CommScope, presented a webinar hosted by the Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) examining the exciting new opportunities for wireless deployment presented by the 3.5 GHz band, also known as the Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS). The full commercial deployment of CBRS across the nation is now a reality, which means that understanding the opportunities presented by the upcoming auction and anticipated secondary market is essential. In addition to examining the FCC's anticipated auction framework and rules to assign Priority Access Licenses ("PALs") to winning bidders, this webinar set out to explore certain anticipated secondary market opportunities expected to arise after the auction and present key considerations for providers who intend to be active in that market.

The complete webinar is available here from the WIA (registration required).
