Travis J. Distaso

Travis advises private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of industries and represents venture capital firms on growth equity financings. Based in San Francisco, he serves as Co-Chair of the Firmwide M&A Group and Chair of the San Francisco Hiring Committee. Before joining the firm, Travis was an M&A Partner at Kirkland & Ellis and a Venture/Growth Equity Counsel at Gunderson Dettmer.
