Travis is a San Francisco-based M&A partner advising middle market private equity sponsors on platform and add-on acquisitions, with recurring experience in consumer, franchise, technology, and renewable energy businesses. He also represents venture capital firms on growth equity financings.

He serves as co-chair of the firmwide M&A group and chair of the San Francisco hiring committee. Before joining the firm, Travis was an M&A partner at Kirkland & Ellis and a venture and growth equity counsel at Gunderson Dettmer. Before law school, Travis was an analyst within the investment bank at Citi.
