Danielle Gerson provides employment-related counseling to employers from various industries on a wide range of issues under federal and California law, including employment policies and practices, hiring, terminations, accommodation, leaves of absence, and wage-and-hour compliance.
Danielle also has an extensive litigation practice where she represents employers in both single-plaintiff disputes and wage-and-hour litigation. Danielle is experienced in many aspects of litigation including investigating allegations, interviewing witnesses, propounding and responding to discovery, defending depositions, drafting motions, and arguing motions.
