Farrah Vazquez

Farrah Vazquez counsels and litigates on behalf of media and entertainment clients who produce and distribute some of the best content out there. In her litigation practice, Farrah defends complex copyright, trademark, right-of-publicity, and privacy-related disputes from early stages through trial. And In her counseling practice, she advises creators on how to minimize risk while bringing their creative vision to audiences.
Farrah regularly advises on the rapidly evolving generative-AI landscape. She is an author of "The Generative Slate" series, which explores the use of generative AI in the production and distribution of content.
Farrah also maintains a pro bono practice, representing clients in intellectual property disputes or advising on First Amendment rights in connection with pressing social issues.
