NOV. 3, 2022 – For the second time in three years, the advertising practice group at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has been honored as the leading team in the country.
In rankings released today, Best Lawyers and U.S. News named Davis Wright Tremaine "Law Firm of the Year" in advertising law, based on high ratings from the firm's clients and peers.
The team is led by Nancy Felsten and Rob Driscoll in New York, both of whom are also ranked by Chambers USA as among the top advertising law practitioners in the nation. Felsten is particularly known for her successful track record in disputes before the NAD (National Advertising Division) and NARB (National Advertising Review Board). Key players also include Kraig L. Marini Baker in Seattle and Brian Nixon, who joined the team as a partner in Washington, D.C., last year.
