December 23, 2024 – Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is pleased to congratulate its client Comcast, which recently announced an agreement to acquire Nitel, a U.S. managed services provider, from international private equity firm Cinven. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
The proposed acquisition will expand Comcast Business' presence in connectivity, global secure networking, and advanced technology, and enhance Comcast's ability to serve enterprise clients.
