FEB. 5, 2026 – A team from Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has served as regulatory counsel for fiber provider Shenandoah Telecommunications (Shentel) in a recent fiber-based asset-backed securitization financing transaction.
The DWT team secured necessary regulatory authorizations and transactional consents for the company's creation of a bankruptcy-remote fiber subsidiary to facilitate the ABS financing, which was announced December 8, 2025.
