MAY 19, 2026 – Kevin Kramer, a litigator with stellar credentials and more than 15 years of combined private practice and in-house experience, has joined Davis Wright Tremaine LLP as a partner in Seattle.
Kramer was most recently at Amazon, where he led complex commercial litigation for the amazon.com store as well as shareholder litigation. Prior to his time at Amazon, Kramer practiced for well over a decade in the complex commercial litigation group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York.

A native of the Puget Sound area, Kramer received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Washington and his law degree from Georgetown Law.
