OCT. 28, 2026 – Davis Wright Tremaine served as communications regulatory advisors to WaveDivision Capital, The Pritzker Organization, and Stephens Capital Partners in the recently announced acquisition of EarthLink, one of the country's largest internet providers.
The buyers consortium partnered with EarthLink management on the transaction, which brings together broadband industry leadership and EarthLink's trusted nationwide consumer and small-business internet platform.
