DOJ's limited enforcement pause on its rule targeting access to sensitive data is coming to an end, and additional compliance requirements go into effect in mid-October. Although DOJ issued guidance on this complex rule, it left many important questions unanswered. In this webinar, Nancy Libin, Michael T.
