Trusts & Estates

  •

Our goal is to work with you and your family to customize a comprehensive estates plan that provides peace of mind and tax efficiency.

Overview

Estate and legacy planning may seem complicated, but it doesn't have to be. When we take on the task of protecting and transferring wealth to family members and implementing charitable intent, our client's objectives become our own. To accomplish this, our team takes all the time necessary to explain the available options in a way that is clear, understandable, and actionable.

Services

Our team's practice goes far beyond merely drafting a last will and testament. Our focus is on structuring comprehensive, tax-efficient estate plans that include multi-generational planning, sophisticated planning transactions, family business succession and charitable planning; probate and trust administration; estate and trust dispute resolution; and prenuptial, postnuptial, and other property status agreements.

We help family business owners plan for orderly successions and manage liquidity events. In particular, we assist family businesses with buy-sell agreements, business succession, pre-sale tax planning, and governance issues. We also partner with other business advisors who specialize in family businesses to holistically resolve issues that could impede the success of our family business clients.

We are experienced, independent, and responsive advisors for your highly personal and personalized planning needs. We work with top-rated advisors and, upon request, regularly provide introductions, assisting our clients in building strong advisory teams.
